🔄 Request a Return – The Fashion Nest

We’re sorry the product didn’t work out! You can easily request a return or exchange using the instructions below.

✅ Return Eligibility:

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags

  • Sale items, innerwear, and accessories are non-returnable unless damaged or defective

  • Exchanges allowed only for size issues or damaged items

🔁 How to Request a Return:

  1. Go to the Return Request Form (button below)

  2. Fill in your Order Number, Email/Phone, and reason for return

  3. Upload a photo of the product (for quality check)

  4. Submit the form – our team will get back to you within 24–48 hours

🚚 Return Pickup:

  • Our courier will attempt pickup within 2–4 business days of approval

  • In case pickup is not available in your PIN code, we’ll ask you to self-ship the product

  • For prepaid returns, we will reimburse self-shipping charges (up to ₹80) upon proof

💸 Refund Process:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product

  • Refund will be credited to your original payment method

  • COD orders are refunded via UPI or bank transfer

🔄 Exchange Process:

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability

  • If requested size is unavailable, you will receive a store credit or refund
